She is available for individual or group classes (up to 20 people) and can provide anything from a 15 minute de-stress session at work during lunch to an early morning one-hour session to get your day started in a positive way. Gentle Yoga
|
|
This class is for individuals with strength, mobility, and endurance limitations and is geared toward an older population. It is also a great class for those who are new or returning to exercise. It is a focused Hatha yoga class in the Iyengar style that entails gentle, consistent stretching, mobility, and some strength training. We build a set of poses with practice in class through individual and group instruction.
A yoga sticky mat, two blocks, and a strap are required and available where yoga supplies are sold. Bring water and refrain from eating for two hours before class. Taught by Yoga Alliance–certified instructor

Evening Yoga

This class is for individuals who have prior yoga experience and are ready for more challenge than a beginning yoga class. We explore our own poses and learn how to build a home practice. The class includes more and different poses and focuses on prayer, meditation, relaxation, and breath work. Prepare to work at your own pace. Individual as well as group instruction will be given.

Yogalates on the Ball
|

This is a wonderful class for people looking for yoga and Pilates experience, with emphasis on strengthening and core realignment. This class is perfect for people who are looking to return to exercise or just starting out. Several different positions will be learned using the exercise ball. A sticky mat, two 1-inch blocks, a strap and an exercise ball are required and available where yoga supplies are sold. Bring water and refrain from eating two hours before class.
